Core Sessions are five-week programs with three days of classes a week. During our Core Sessions, we focus on maintenance, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Every workout is different and engages all major muscle groups.
Core Sessions include:
- 2 Kaia cross-training workouts
- 1 Kaia Flow workout (Power Yoga or Pilates)
- 1 long and steady run or walk
- Nutritional support
- Full-body workouts
